What is Pilates?

Pilates is strength training + body integration.
Developed by Joseph Pilates, the method uses specialized equipment and exercises to build deep core strength, stability, alignment, and muscular balance

How Sessions Work

55-minute sessions · By appointment · All levels welcome (including de-conditioned, returning-from-injury, or brand new)

Our instructors guide you through a well-rounded Pilates workout that is effective, engaging, and tailored to your body

If Pilates is your primary fitness practice, we recommend 2 sessions/week. You may choose 1, 2, or 3 sessions/week based on your goals, schedule, and body

Semi-Private Sessions (Duos) (per person)

  • 1 Semi-Private — $60
  • 4 Semi-Private — $220 ($55/session)
  • 8 Semi-Private — $400 ($50/session)

Semi-private sessions are easiest if you bring a friend or family member. We can also match partners when possible.
